Keep recovery material private
- Never share a recovery phrase, private key, or PIN with anyone.
- Never type recovery material into a web form or support chat.
- Store backup material according to the official device instructions.
- Anyone asking for your recovery phrase is not providing legitimate support.
If the card is lost
Follow the official recovery and backup method provided with your device. The exact method depends on the MoonCold product configuration and will be documented in the public specification.
