Know the process before ordering
The Moon, LLC’s final return window, return instructions, refund timing, and regional cancellation rights will be displayed before checkout becomes available.
Requesting a return
Contact the official support address with the order number and reason for return before sending a product back. Unannounced parcels may not be identifiable.
Product condition
Eligibility may depend on whether the package is unopened, the cards have been activated, and the product is complete. The final policy will state the applicable conditions.
Damaged or incorrect orders
Report visible shipping damage or an incorrect item promptly and retain the packaging and delivery evidence until support responds.
Refund timing
Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method. Bank and card-network processing times may apply.
Digital assets are separate
A product refund does not reverse blockchain transactions or reimburse digital assets, network fees, price changes, or third-party service charges.
